Vinayak Singh is a highly regarded financial executive and market strategist with over three decades of experience in global markets, equity research, and investment strategy.

As a Founding Partner at 22V Research, Vinayak helps institutional investors navigate complex macroeconomic and policy-driven environments through independent, data-driven analysis. His leadership is defined by a deep commitment to clarity, intellectual honesty, and long-term partnership with clients.

Prior to founding 22V, Vinayak served as President of Evercore ISI, one of Wall Street’s leading independent equity research and trading firms. During his tenure, he oversaw more than 200 professionals across research, sales, and trading—helping integrate ISI into Evercore’s broader investment advisory platform. His strategic leadership contributed significantly to Evercore’s growth and industry reputation for excellence in research quality and client service.

Vinayak began his professional journey in 1991 at U-Haul and went on to build a distinguished career in capital markets. He earned his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, where he developed an early passion for economics, behavioral finance, and leadership.

Outside of his professional work, Vinayak is based in New York City and is a proud father of four. He is actively involved in his community and enjoys tennis, squash, and mentoring the next generation of finance professionals.
