New York Select Academy provides mentoring, tutoring and educational support that addresses the educational, social and life skills needed to become well-rounded adults. We have College, Prep, Private and High school teachers and coaches with over 100 years of combined experience. Our program provides young athletes with over 30 basketball games exposing them to colleges and universities all over the country.
New York Select Academy was established in 2020 to provide positive change in the community and prepare, guide and assist young men in the process of attending college. As a 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit organization, our mission is to provide young men and women an opportunity to attend college utilizing the sport of basketball as a vehicle to obtain their degree. New York Select focuses on hard working, dedicated, high character student athletes from lower income families who need assistance to get recruited.
Presently we have 61+ student athletes playing collegiate basketball from D1 to D3, NAIA and Junior colleges. We are poised to have several young men accept offers and scholarships in 2026.
